Coderdojo  Anyone aged seven to seventeen can visit a Dojo where they can learn to code, build a website, create an app or a game, and explore technology in an informal, creative, and social environment.

Scratch is a programming language and an online community where children can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world. 

Arduino is the software used by our own Noosa Library Service mBots. It is also widely used by people programming their own circuit boards. The downloadable program is intended for anyone making interactive projects. 

Codeorg  is a not for profit organisation dedicated to promoting online coding also organises Hour of Code  aimed at engaging students in computer science.
