Meeting Rooms

As of July 1, 2024, meeting rooms will be available at both Cooroy and Noosaville Libraries. 

  • There is a fee for all bookings 
  • All commercial businesses will be required to pay the full fee rate 
  • Community and registered not-for-profit organisations receive 50% off the full fee rate during opening hours. For community bookings where there is commercial activity, commercial fees apply.
  • All users pay full fee rates for all after-hours bookings
  • Maximum 4 hours for hourly rate and maximum 8 hours for daily rate

          Cooroy Community Access Room

          Equipment: 
          Data projector, kitchenette, whiteboard.

          Seating for 40.

          Available during and after library hours.

          Commercial Fees
          $40 per hour, $200 per day.

          Community/Not for Profit Fees
          $20 per hour, $100 per day.

          Noosaville Wallum Room

          Equipment:
          Kitchenette, data projector, whiteboard.

          Seating for 30. 

          Available during library hours only.

          Commercial Fees
          $40 per hour, $200 per day.

          Community/Not for Profit Fees
          $20 per hour, $100 per day.

          Noosaville Rainforest Room

          Equipment:
          Data projector, whiteboard.

          Seating for 30.

          Available during library hours only.

          Commercial Fees
          $40 per hour, $200 per day.

          Community/Not for Profit Fees
          $20 per hour, $100 per day.

          Cooroy Small Meeting Room

          Equipment:
          Whiteboard by prior arrangement.
          Seating for 6 around 1 table.

          Available during library hours only.

          Commercial Fees:
          $15 per hour, $75 per day.

          Community/Not for Profit Fees:
          $7.50 per hour, $37.50 per day.

          Noosaville Gumnut Pod

          Space description: Small soundproof room suitable for phone and skype meetings and quiet study.
          Seating for 2 at 1 table.

          Available during library hours only. Booking max: 1 x 2 hr booking per day.

          Free of charge, no fees apply.

          Cooroy Rooftop Space

          Space description: Open air space on the library’s grassed rooftop. Power available on application.

          Available at any time on application, subject to approval. 

          Commercial Fees:
          $100 per hour, $500 per day.

          Community/Not for Profit Fees:
          $50 per hour, $250.00 per day.
