Noosa Library Service offers support for people having difficulty with speaking, reading and writing English, undertaking basic numerical skills or managing their personal finances.
One-on-one Support
Volunteer tutors provide one-on-one support in literacy and numeracy at Cooroy and Noosaville Libraries. If you need assistance (or know someone who does), please contact the Literacy Coordinator on (07) 5329-6555 or email us at libraries@noosa.qld.gov.au
Conversation Classes
Would you like to improve your spoken English skills? Join our qualified tutors in a relaxed group class to practise English and make new friends. To register your interest, please email us at libraries@noosa.qld.gov.au
Back to Basics
How confident are you with everyday Maths and English? Would you like to brush up on your skills? Join our free, four week course where you can improve your confidence, get some shortcuts that help with maths and learn some tips to help you tackle spelling.
