Explore Noosa’s story at Heritage Noosa
Heritage Noosa is an online collection of images, videos, interviews, documents, maps, memorabilia and information held in the collections of the Noosa Library Service Heritage Library and other local heritage organisations. The site provides easy online access to a rich store of heritage material relating to the Noosa Shire region, its people, places and events, past and present.
If you recognise the people, places or events in any item on the site or have additional information or memories to share, you can add what you know to anything you find.
If you have photos, postcards, maps, videos or other memorabilia that you’d like to donate, you can upload digital copies directly to Heritage Noosa. If your material is not in digital format, please contact the Heritage Coordinator – we are always interested in discussing donations. Generally, the items are loaned to the library for digitising and the originals returned to the owner.
